Privacy notice
This site is run by Insights Consulting (insightsconsulting.ro / e2e-erp.com). If anything here is unclear, or you want your data corrected or removed, write to office@insightsconsulting.ro and a person will answer.
What we collect, and why
The contact form: your name (optional), email address and message. We use them for one thing: replying to you.
The whitepaper download: your email address. We use it to follow up once about the whitepaper. No newsletter, no automated campaigns.
Anonymous usage statistics: which pages and sections are viewed and for how long, browser type, screen size, timezone and the site you came from. No cookies are set, no persistent identifier exists, the session reference dies when you close the tab, and we do not store IP addresses. If your browser sends Do Not Track, we do not record anything at all.
Where it lives
Everything is stored in our own database, hosted in the European Union (Supabase, Ireland), and served through Vercel. We do not sell data, share it with third parties, or run any advertising or tracking technology from other companies.
How long we keep it
Messages and email addresses are kept for as long as the conversation is relevant, and deleted on request. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregate.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. One email to office@insightsconsulting.ro is enough. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
