We don't believe in out-of-the-box solutions.
Your company is not a template — and neither is our ERP. We map how you actually work, redraw what slows you down, and shape E2E ERP around the result. From CRM to warehouse, production and mobile apps.
Out of the box means out of your business.
Standard ERP asks every company a strange question: would you like to change the way you work, so that our software fits? Thousands of small and medium companies answer yes, spend a year on the implementation, and end up with a system their people work around instead of with.
We start from the other end. First we understand your processes — the real ones, not the ones written in a manual. We redraw what is broken. Only then do we shape the platform around the result.
Your processes come first
We optimise how you work before we digitise it, so technology amplifies what works instead of what slows you down.
One platform, not twelve tools
Every part of your company on a single spine of data. Information is entered once and flows everywhere it is needed.
Built by the people who answer the phone
We develop the platform ourselves. A specific requirement is a conversation with the team that writes the code, not a ticket at a global vendor.
Across Europe, invoicing is becoming structured data. Everything else follows.
One country after another is making electronic invoicing compulsory between businesses, and the EU is harmonising the whole picture under VAT in the Digital Age. Belgium switched on its B2B mandate in January 2026. France requires every company to be able to receive electronic invoices from September 2026, with smaller companies issuing from 2027. Germany phases its issuing obligation in from 2027 to 2028. Romania already runs everything through e-Factura.
The deeper point is not the deadline. Once your invoices have to leave the company as structured data, everything upstream of them — quotes, contracts, deliveries, stock — has to be structured too. Companies that treat this as a compliance checkbox buy a converter. Companies that treat it as an opening rebuild how they run, and come out faster.
Dates reflect published national legislation and the EU ViDA package. We keep track of what applies to you — and build it into the platform rather than bolting it on.
We bring the big guns to small and medium companies.
Our team was built inside global companies, delivering transformation programmes at a scale most SMEs never get to see from the inside. We bring those methods and standards — without the corporate overhead, the year-long projects or the enterprise price tag.
Every corner of your company. One single thread.
End-to-end is not a name we chose lightly. A module only enters the platform when it closes a loop from beginning to end — from the moment something happens in your business to the money, the people or the decision at the other side.
Every thread runs on the same spine of data. A customer, a contract, an invoice exists once — wherever in the company you look at it.
A boutique firm. That is exactly the point.
You are not account number 4,812 in a delivery centre. You get one person who knows your business, your people and your history — from the first conversation to the end of hypercare.
The first conversation is always free, and it happens at your company. The coffee is on you — the conversation is on us.
From scattered tools to one system, in four steps.
A clear route with something to show at every stage — you always know where you are and what comes next.

ongoingYour data stays in Europe. And it stays yours.
Rooted in Europe, working across it.
We work with small and medium companies across Europe, with a particular focus on Belgium, Romania and Germany — in English, Dutch, French, German and Romanian. Same platform, same method, in your own language.
Let's have a conversation.
Thirty to sixty minutes at your company. You bring the questions and the coffee, we bring the platform and an honest answer about whether and how we can help.
Tell us about your company.
Write us a few lines about your business and what hurts most today. We come back quickly with a concrete proposal for a conversation — practical, not commercial.
